Very pleasant staff, helpful with directions, assistance finding a colleague's lost keys, etc.
Close to Umaine Augusta, the Civic Center, easily connects with downtown, close to interstate 95. Clean, very friendly, and wait staff in restaurant was tops!

The beds were great, pillows were great.
Lighting in halls was too dim.
I was surprised for a 2 star hotel. The rooms were very clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable, I had a great night sleep.

Helpful staff with my special request.
Lobby was very small and not very welcoming, The cost of movies seemed high.
The restaurant connected to the hotel was horrible (breakfast), the restaurants staff was slow and inconsiderate and the food left a lot to be desired.
